Our founder, Satnam Sidhu, was raised in a small agricultural village, where hard work, humility and pride in one's roots were simply a way of life. Much of his childhood was spent alongside his grandfather, whose lessons in staying true to yourself and living honestly still guide him today.
Those early values would later prove essential. In 2018, Satnam entered the UK transport industry with no formal background in logistics — only a willingness to work hard and learn fast. The early days were far from easy: a new country, a new culture, and a language barrier that made every step harder than the last.
Rather than shy away from the challenge, he leaned into it. Resilience, honesty and a determined, positive outlook became the foundations on which he built something lasting — with the support of family and friends along the way.
What began as a small operation has grown into URS Choices Ltd — a professional, fast-growing haulage company built on reliability, trust and hard-earned experience. We're known for a friendly, professional and seamless service that our clients have come to rely on across the country.
